Looks like this may not have been only a story line for her tanking reality series!

Kristin Cavallari is apparently partying up a storm, and despite denying allegations that she’s deep into cocaine and marijanua, insiders claim they witnessed the the reality star snorting and smoking up a storm at Coachella – right before she hijacked a golfcart with SEKSI Brit Jason Statham!

WTF??

According to sources:

“They got pulled over by the cops and were told to go home. She was drinking and partying. I saw her do a line of cocaine. The dudes she hangs out with are all party promoters — and they’re party animals. She’s been sucked into the Hollywood scene. She’s surrounded by the leeches who enable her.”

We think she’s just setting herself up to stay in the limelight. Once she’s done shooting The Hills, she can pop right over to Celebrity Rehab! We hear they’re looking for new castmembers!

Miley Cyrus was caught on video calling herself as a “stoner,” but her rep claims the singer was joking.

In the clip, obtained by The Daily, Cyrus alludes to being a fan of smoking marijuana after friend Kelly Osbourne presents her with a cake made to look like Bob Marley at her 19th birthday party last week.

“You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake,” she said. “You know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”

Osbourne then takes the microphone and jokes, “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley,” a reference to Cyrus being caught on videotape last year smoking the legal herb, which can produce hallucinogenic effects.

 A rep for Cyrus told People, “This is so ridiculous. The cake was a joke, and Miley was being sarcastic.”

 Osbourne also came to her friend’s defense on Twitter, saying the incident was a joke.

“Let me make something very clear after @MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a JOKE!,” she wrote on Sunday. “The cake was also A JOKE! it makes me sick that @MileyCyrus so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!”

Amanda Knox, the American exchange student on trial for the murder of her roommate, told an Italian court today that she spent the night of the murder at her boyfriend’s home, smoking marijuana and having sex.

Knox, a 21-year-old student from Seattle, said that because she was stoned on the night her roommate died she was confused about what happened that night, a confusion that muddled her original statements to Italian detectives.

Knox took the stand in Perugia, Italy, today for the first time in the case. Both she and former boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, 25, are accused of murder and sexual violence in the death of British student Meredith Kercher, who was 21 when she died Nov. 1, 2007.

A third person, Rudy Guede, has already been convicted and sentenced to 30 years in prison for his role in the murder. An appeal of that conviction is scheduled for November.

“On Nov. 1, I told Raffaele that I wanted to watch a movie, so we went to his place,” Knox told the court, speaking alternately in Italian and English. The two had dinner and then went upstairs to Sollecito’s bedroom, she said.

SETH Rogen “smokes a lot of weed” when he writes movies.

The actor-and-writer admits he relies heavily on marijuana during the creative process of a film because it relaxes him and takes away the pressure.

“I smoke a lot of weed when I write, generally speaking. I don’t know if it helps me write. It makes me not mind that I’m writing. And I don’t know if it makes me work better, but it makes me not care that I’m working. Who wants to work? But if you’re stoned, it doesn’t seem like work,” Seth told MTV.

Seth says smoking cannabis is nothing new to him as all his friends do it.

“I think a lot of people smoke weed. I think way more people smoke weed than the media likes to acknowledge,” he said.

“Maybe it’s just the people I’m around, but I don’t think so. Pretty much everyone that I know smokes weed sometimes.

Supermodel Lara Stone repped hard for her home country of The Netherlands in a recent T Magazine interview, demonstrating her comprehensive Dutch-ness throughout. When discussing the notorious cultural capital of Amsterdam, for instance, she fully endorsed the two vices the city is best known for: marijuana and legalized prostitution.

“You just buy it and smoke it, and that’s a good idea — why not?” she says. “I used to smoke so much pot when I was living here. That’s why I can’t remember so much! But really, it’s just a plant.”

Is it bad that this kind of makes me like her more? Lara Stone sounds like fun! I would totally invite her over to watch nature documentaries and eat crunchy, salty things with me. I’m not sure smoking pot ever qualifies as “a good idea” if you smoke so much you start to forget stuff, but I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she’s joking about that part.

And then, on prostitution:

“The women are their own bosses!” she says. “They rent their own space, they pay taxes. It’s better than standing on the corner like a crack whore. They get more bloody benefits than I do.”

This one, she probably could have phrased better. I agree with her that it’s important to have the sex industry be legal and regulated, but it’s not like the prostitutes in Amsterdam have zero problems to deal with. And I realize that the “they get more benefits than I do!” part is supposed to be a joke, but a fabulously wealthy supermodel complaining about the benefits doled out to prostitutes (many of whom are from poor countries) is kind of a bad look. So I guess this statement is half-decent?

And there is the annoying cliché that is “skinny model eats so much and never gets fat!”:

Grass or no grass, Stone isn’t much of a gourmet when the munchies descend, preferring a huge platter of French fries with mayonnaise (apparently she is one of those mythical beasts, a model who eats anything) to the more rarefied culinary efforts of her countrymen.

Except those aren’t mythical beasts at all; to read every profile ever written about a model, you would think all of them go around stuffing their faces willy-nilly, burning up the french fry calories with their lightning fast metabolisms faster than they can consume them. But Lara Stone is not the one who said she’s “a model who eats anything,” so I’m going to call that one a wash.

The latest Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt rumor is that she is beyond pissed off because she caught him smoking pot in one of his many “drug dens.” Of course, it is important to note that the source of this story is the tabloid newspaper The National Enquirer. So, just take it all with a grain of salt.

Now then, onto the supposed juicy details! Jolie recently caught Pitt smoking pot on two separate occasions, around midnight, in two separate “drug dens”—a.k.a. places on their property that Brad hides out to get high. Angelina is supposed to be at the end of her rope with his drug habit since she’s already conquered her own issues with drugs.

An unidentified source states, “Angelina has come to hate Brad’s so-called ‘smok­ing breaks,’ and they’ve clashed a lot over his use of marijuana in the past few years. She’s always felt that it’s a dirty habit, and she can’t stand the stoner attitude Brad gets when he smokes. He wears the same clothes for days on end, and Angelina also feels that he loses focus.”

Well, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a pot head that doesn’t lose some focus when he or she’s high. The report goes on to say that of all of Pitt’s “drug dens,” his absolute “favorite place is an Airstream trailer that he uses as his personal drug lair.”

Who knows whether or not this is true? Brad Pitt has never denied that he enjoys pot every now and then, and Angelina Jolie also has a sordid past with drugs. However, they seem to have stood the test of time, right? In fact, a new book reports that the whole Pitt, Jolie and Jennifer Aniston drama actually began during the filming of Mr. & Mrs. Smith. And everyone knows that Aniston had to put up with Pitt’s pot smoking during their marriage. So perhaps what goes around actually came around, and now, Jolie gets Pitt and his drug habit.

Danielle Staub, the Wayne matron whose sordid past recently came to light on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” dismisses claims made by an ex-husband that she was a “coke whore.” For the record, she was never a prostitute, she tells People, and she preferred marijuana.

Staub’s past came out when her fellow housewives “happened” upon an out-of-print book in which Staub’s ex calls her a party girl who used cocaine and worked as a stripper, and that Staub boasted to him that she’d slept with a thousand men. (“I do enjoy a healthy sex life, but with one partner [at a time],” she now tells People.) According to “Cop Without a Badge,” which is about Staub’s ex, Kevin Maher, she also was implicated in a kidnapping scheme, of which Staub now says: “I was arrested — what is the big deal? I haven’t gotten as much as a traffic ticket in all these years.”

She also says she was sexually abused as a young girl, and fell in with the wrong crowd as a teen. She also claims that Maher “brutalized and terrorized” her during their marriage; Maher denies it, but says “I did hit her. I’m not proud of it.”

Staub says she told her daughters, now 11 and 15, about her past before the show aired, and that she has “no regrets.”

Well it looks like Christina Aguilera isn’t the only one in the spotlight for something not so great! Her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jordan Bratman was caught smoking pot!!

Jordan was caught hitting a joint right before taking off on a bike ride recently. 

Their poor son hasn’t got a parent in his life without some kind of crazy issue. His mother is reportedly an alcoholic, whose friends are begging her to check herself into rehab.  Poor kid, I feel for him.

Today marks the 30th year since we lost reggae legend and activist Bob Marley.  Many people across the world today are remembering the legacy the 36 year-old artist left on the world through celebration of his life and craft.

Actress Alicia Silverstone has become a first-time mom after giving birth to a baby boy. The Clueless star, 34, and her rocker husband Christopher Jarecki welcomed Bear Blu Jarecki on Thursday.   But it wasn’t too long ago when Hilary Duff was left furious over the behavior of actress Alicia Silverstone and her boyfriend Christopher Jarecki at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on March 29th, where Prince was performing. Silverstone and Jarecki were openly smoking pot out of a glass pipe, according to a fellow concertgoer, then they began making out. Duff was seated nearby, and once the canabis odor drifted her way, the 16-year-old’s mood for ‘Purple Rain’ was doused. “Hilary was really enjoying the show, but once Alicia started smoking pot and acting crazy, she seemed like she just wanted to get out of there.” Asked about the incident after the show, Alcia told an Us reporter: “Bummer.”
